I am ready to be in a solid relationship. I am a thirtysomething professional woman with two schoolaged kids. How do I find "the one"? Internet dating is not for me. Any other ideas?

Why not internet dating? I know a bunch of people who have met on the internet and ended up getting married. I was thinking when I fall back into the dating pool that will be the first thing I try.
