Ultra123 Posted December 29, 2010 Posted December 29, 2010 So i met this woman a thursday (12/23) ago at a bar. I think i hit it off pretty well, we kissed for a good while and danced. I left the bar with her, but the night did not end in sex unfortunately. I apparently gave her a ride to not her apartment but another bar where she was supposed to meet a friend....whatever before she ran off we made out for a good 30 seconds and i asked her when she wants to see me, she told me "your the man, to text her, not call"...ok shes one of those. So a few days past then I text her in the following manner: me: this is dr __ ____ paging kelly, hey how are ya lol (inside joke from bar) her: hahh...hey! I'm doing ok. gonna go play in the snow. how bout you? me: hehe thats awesome. im bout to dig my car out the snow lol. ugh its gonna be fun one hour no response me:so what are you gonna be doing thursday night. I was thinking of taking you out to a comedy club and some drinks afterwards. does that sound amenable (went for the kill, she told me she likes comedy..) her: aw, i would love to. i have a friend from out of town staying with me this week though so i'm supposed to be spending quality time with her. we'll probably be at _____ on thursday though if you want to meet up for another dance off me:haha nice. ya we can try to meet up then thats fine. so I guess we can do our comedy night after new years would that be better for ya. her: yes. me: awesome sounds like a plan ------------------------------------------- so I am here early in our getting to know each other phase, and so that I wont screw it up to the point of ill repair and taking preemptive strike on this forum. What i found strange was she was writieing these long sentences and all of a sudden the last thing was a simple "yes." that to me says i screwed up somewhere. Before I screw up anything further what should I do. Should i text her on thursday late afternoonish and play round with her or just wait to schedule another date...it will be one one week again. Am I moving too fast, too idiotic... any advice would be helpful, thank you very much.

I just have to think of something cute to say to her
