The first time I head of the outbreak was in early December. Since then, I was not able to eat any red meat other than chicken.

I was not able to keep up with the news or things I use to watch/like because of my break up.(Trying to get back on track)

I read some articles regarding the incidents but did not find what I was looking for.

Is it safe to eat beef?

I ate some meat from the left overs my parents made. I know that I will not die from it. But what is the lastest news on the situation other than they're still looking into it.

You have better chances of being hit by lightning, winning a lottery, AND marrying a supermodel than you do getting Mad Cow disease. The media is to blame for blowing this thing WAY out of proportion.

If you really need to worry, worry about your cholesterol levels, your blood pressure, and how many trans fats you eat because that stuff has a much better chance of killing you by thousands of times.
