I think this is where your problem lies in attracting women... You're so down on yourself, you've fallen into despair, it is as if you hate yourself.

 

I saw your picture on youtube and listened to your voice. While I'm not a woman I don't think you look ugly or anything. Your voice doesn't sound bad either. Just have some confidence in yourself man.

Your voice is fine. Of course, I'm American and everybody knows that we're all pushovers for any accents from other lands.

2. It's Christmas day in most parts of the world, everyone is busy spending time with their families/friends etc, no need for a hissy fit about nobody replying after what, 40 minutes?

And most people don't like the sound of their own voice when played back to them...I know I sure don't...

Not necessarily...and this will always be a chicken and the egg debate...does confidence or results need to come first...?

 

There are some that will argue that one needs to have "confidence" without need for positive feedback or results, while others feel that you can't have that confidence unless you know that the "product" you present to others produces positive results...

 

I fall into the latter category...my first taste of confidence really only came after I experienced a woman actually showing interest in me...and I have a feeling a vast majority of people are the same way...

 

So is OP missing confidence...? Or a "first"...?

sounds good to me ... but I'm a chick, and therefore genetically hardwired to melt at the sound of foreign accents :p

There's nothing about your voice that's immediately unappealing to me.

 

However, although you are articulate and you have a nice accent, I would say that your voice does have a quiet quality and therefore you may come across as lacking confidence and perhaps not as fun or enthusiastic as a guy whose voice is louder and how draws more attention to himself.

 

Having said that, there are women who prefer a more softly-accented voice. Horses for courses.

It's just a little scratch. I always have lots of little scratches and bruises on me, I've got no idea where they come from.

I'm from Cornwall, in the South west and your voice sound fine to me, people have mentioned its softness but honestly I find that to be appealing.
