bsilmb Posted December 25, 2010 Posted December 25, 2010 just curious. there's this girl in a couple of my classes who is to a lot of guys, a butter face. she has a very cute body, in the most respectful way possible, but has a less than perfect faceto them. guys don't really hit on her or anything, but I actually think she's cute. she's definitely not as bad as dudes say. I've heard she can be flirty and is interested in getting a boyfriend. there's only one class I could actually talk to her in cuz she sits a couple seats away. she gets involved in my conversations every once in a while and seems to laugh at my jokes and stuff. I just wasn't sure how to escalate to getting a number and getting a date. I hate doing the whole, "I like this girl, but don't tell anyone *wink wink*" game. I just want to legitimately date this girl withot middle school connections. I can see how it would be easier if it wasn't school and we were jus on a street, but since it's in school and it's hard sometimes to initiate conversations in certain circumstances, I need some tips! thanks.

Just ask her if she would like to go on a date or simply hang out with you. A lot of my friends think Mary Lynn Rajskub (Chloe from 24) has a butter face, but I actually think she's cute.

Does she know the name you go by with friends and family? Pitch it. Don't ask her for her number--ask her if you can call her to go out and then get her number if she is good with it. If she has a "butter" face and guys arent asking her out because of it than this would def increase your chances. Go for it, you would probably make her day! I might do it with her though, what y'all think of my looks. scale of 1-10? even if I'm just average, I'm fine with that and I'm not just taking advantage of her. even though she is a "butter" face it doesn't mean she likes me, just means I've got a good shot.

Referencing her as a butterface because other guys have, isn't very awe inspiring. If you think she is cute otherwise, tell her, that would be a good start and could open the door for you to ask her out. Really, with all the girls you've posted about, it would be nice to see you dating and finding one that you're happy with.

Or if it's a math class offer to "help" her with her homework then give her all incorrect answers with not-so-subtle innuendo hahaha.
