The usual reasons....work, Xmas shopping, gym time, etc. It caught up with me, I was snoozing on the sofa yesterday. At 7 PM I awoke to singing. It wasn't my TV or transistor radio. Turns out 8 people were outside singing Xmas songs. I filled a pan with cold water, nothing like cold water on a cold night to disperse hooligans. As I was taking aim I noticed that 5 of the group were women, 4 of them looked attractive as far as I could tell with them being so heavily clothed. Instead of soaking them I decided to join them. I washed up real quick and then caught up to them a few doors down. I didn't have a song book, so I used the yellow pages as a prop while I pretended to sing. It didn't go so well, they kept shooting me mean looks. Finally the deepest voiced brute in the group told me to F%$# off! I was in no mood to argue with her, this attempt to find a date was going nowhere. This particular rejection hurt my feelings. They weren't very welcoming to a stranger in this Holiday season. where is their Christmas spirit?
