I have been doing okay thru the NC, wanting to contact her but not even getting close to crossing the line of NC. The week before I ended the relationship and initiated NC we flew to Tampa, FL for a funeral of one of her college friends son. While we were there we had someone tell us to try a restaurant called FRENCHYS. Apparently, they have these killer stone-crab legs that we have never had before. We decided to go eat them and my ex fell in love with the flavor of these crab legs. On the flight back to Baltimore we were on the internet the whole flight searching the internet trying to find restaurants where she lives to find stone-crab legs. We couldnt find these crab legs anywhere. Even when we got home the next day we searched and searched to find these crab legs where we lived. I really wanted to get these crab legs for her because she enjoyed them so much. I even looked into having them UPSed to her front door....VERY EXPENSIVE!! We couldnt find them anywhere. Fast forward to this afternoon, I finally get out of the house and head to Wegmans to get some lunch and spend some time on the internet. While I was at the deli, I look over and see (you guessed it) Stone Crab Legs! I was immediately ZOMBIFIED just standing there with my jaw dropped. Immediately, after days of being "fine", I got this sick feeling in my stomach and a million questions entered my mind: (such as) Why did this happen, why did this happen now? Should I call her? Is this a sign? Should I put them at her front door for Christmas? (she would know who they came from) Could this be the thing that brings us back together? Why did this happen? Why did this happen? Now, I feel like I started the initial feelings of the NC. I want to call her so bad. I just dont know why this happened. Should I call her, break NC? Now, Im thinking of her green eyes, her smile, her soft skin, holding her, kissing her, laughing with her. What do I do? Help LS......HELP!
Ajax Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 (edited) Oh Wegman's with their vast culinary resources and everyday low prices... Used to go there all the time with my ex to pick items for our meals. Now when I go I fear running into her. I'm not familiar with your story, you said that you left her? What were the circumstances and why do you want her back? People on LS say that if a dumper wants their ex back then they need to make a grand gesture, and I think depending on the situation, this might be a good idea. Edited December 22, 2010 by Ajax
