Dox Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 (edited) Im totally hang up on this girl, that I dont even know what to do anymore. Shes a friend of mine from highschool. We recently graduated and we never see eachother anymore. Though she gave me her number so i can text her. I started texting her almost everynight for hours till late, like 12am, 1, 3. This was happening for about 2-3 weeks. I really thought she liked me. But looks like its not gonna work out. Well I dnt want to go through the whole story. Lets just say her friend said a few things which hinted she liked me and my friends think she likes me. See even our friends thought she like me, wasnt just me. So the last time I texted her was 3 weeks ago. I think about her everytime. Everytime I think about her, it hurts a little and im constantly thinking what shes doing etc... So what do I do? Surrealist Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 So you're infatuated, you like the girl so why not ask her out or something? Why did the texting stop? Also, would be a good idea that you don't smother her with texts all the time, seriously that's enough to scare anyone off.

Texting backwards and forwards doesn't necessarily mean anything. Agree with Surrealist, ask her out on a date, then gauge her interest level.

Ok this is the reason why the texting stop. One night we were texting like we normally do. I just couldnt wait anymore, I had to know if she liked me. So I texted her this "so are you serious about not wanting a relationship?" she replied "yes, im not looking for any BFs right now" I replied "hahah ok sweet thought so". I was gonna end the texting there, but she replied saying "hahah why do you ask". So there, I thought she knew I was talking about me, I mean why would she ask that. so i thought if told her she would change her mind and give me a chance. But she never replied. Thats it Btw she told me she didnt want a relationship before i showed any interest in her. So when she said that she didnt know yet that I liked her. So i thought if i told her she would change her mind.
