nyr81 Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 Been going out with my girlfriend for about six weeks. Is it okay to suggest showering together to heat things up before sex?
refurb Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 I would give that an emphatic YES!! Very hot. RF
Yer_Blues Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 If there was a thumbs up emoticon, I would post ten of them to meet the minimum character limit.
Author nyr81 Posted December 18, 2010 Author Posted December 18, 2010 then i guess the next question is do I tell her not to get ready yet before going to her house to see her? To give her a subtle hint

To give her a subtle hint Nahh... you're making it too complicated. Next time she's over at your place and you need to take a shower, invite her in. Say, in the morning. RF
Lakeside_runner Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 Me and my awesome GF went out for a run this past week. Not only were we able to shower together but I also had a pretext to give her a massage afterwards...
creighton0123 Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 If you two are doing the deed, after you're done just say "I want to take a shower. Care to join me?" The benefit is you won't have to take clothes off first.
Hopeful30 Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 I personally think that showering together is something very intimate. If you guys are moving well into intimacy then I don't see why not. But be careful not to scare her off. To make it not seem such a big of a deal (if it would be for her) just casually say "Alrighty i'm off to the shower, you're more than welcome to join me hehe" That's seems non-threatening and it's not a direct question either. That way the ball is in her court. It's a win-win
Ruby Slippers Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 Definitely. But rather than asking, I recommend just making it happen. While I was making out with an ex one day, he started undressing me, saying, "I want you to take a shower with me." I mean, how could I say no?
Feelin Frisky Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 Suggestion. Buy a shower cap and keep it on hand just in case she doesn't want to wash her hair. Happens. Girls look exceptionally cute with hair tucked up in those loose-fitting shower caps too, well, IMO. Let's get wet.
zengirl Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 My boyfriend and I shower together all the time, but I'd feel weird if he called me and told me not to wash up or something. Well, maybe not as weird now, since we're 6 months in. Definitely early on. Don't make a production of it -- it's a pretty normal sexy couple act, and I'm sure opportunities to make it happen naturally will occur.
