At this point i think hate this other guy. Any suggestions on how i can win this battle.

Just be honest and true with her. Tell her that you aren't into this competition and that you would like to have more with her. But you do need to give us more information. Your age, situation, etc..

Cause if she does then I would keep trying for her, but if you don't think she likes you then I guess it isn't worth trying.
