One of my favorites is the Douay Version which was translated from the Latin Vulgate in 1609. I wish you lived closer so you could borrow it awhile. It reads a little differently.....but DOES say the same thing. As far as adulty, the Bible makes mention of living 'peacebly' with someone. I figure if you can't manage that....it's an acceptable way out. HAHA! Years ago, I was married to someone in the ministry who ended up leaving me for a GUY....but even then I had real apprehensions about the whole divorce thing. I just went to Jesus and asked Him to release me from the marriage. Several days later, I never looked back or questioned it again. I felt that release. So, I think people can ask Biblical questions and forget they can also contact the author.
