We then e-mailed back and forth because she had a ton of questions about standard procedures and stuff. Our exchange ended around 8:30 pm as she thanked me for helping her. I had shut down my computer by then and didn't see the message. She sent me another e-mail a bit before 10 pm to wish me a good evening and a smiley face. What do you think of this? Should I say something to her since I didn't get her e-mails until this morning?

You have basically posted "This happened. What should I do?" Any advice on that depends completely on what goal you are working towards.
