IME women are more likely to remember details like that. I would stick to the day you first met IRL. Heh. Any advice for that? Both my boyfriend and I forgot exactly when it was we decided to date exclusively. We're currently using the first day we met and only remember the exact date because of facebook :-P

I lucked out because it's also the day before his birthday, so I have half a chance he'll remember.

The first day you met works too if neither one of you remembers the exact day I guess, lol.

Actually it was 3 days after we first met online and we had been emailing/texting/instant messaging/talking on skype for the majority of those three days. I know that may sound crazy, but honestly I decided I wanted to be with him before I even met him in person. The chemistry just intensified when we finally got to be around one another 3 months later.

At least I was smart enough to flash a picture of him on my phone and had him text me his name :-) Never thought I'd find romance on the dance floor, but I did :-) We're all in different types of LDR's. Doubt arises more or less based on what type. I jested about breaking my garbage disposal and experiencing doubt, but that's not true. In a month and a half of him being gone (10 and a half to go), I have yet to regret or doubt. I suppose that's because when he's done with his job abroad, he's returning to the city where he grew up in and where I've lived for almost 9 years. I can't even begin to imagine what those of you who are facing the daunting task of relocation are going through :-( /hug to you all
