reknown29 Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 I cant stress enough how important it is to excercise when coping with a breakup. It will make you feel better about yourself and it will relieve some anxiety you may have, while also giving you something to do to get your mind off your ex. It will also make other people more attracted to you and if you join a gym, you will have someone to talk to while on the cardio machine. I've been going for two months now and it has been the only thing that has built my confidence up. Dont think I would be healing this fast without putting 30-60n minutes a day into exercise. This should be a part of the mandatory healing process on here.
