Lots of people listen to Kate Bush and dress their dogs up.. maybe even at the same time. She's probably just trying to beat to her own drum. The most important question is... are you attracted to her? Do you like the pink highlights? If it's a problem for you, and her little dog too, then I wouldn't get involved. There's probably someone out there who thinks her quirks are cute.
