Incidentally, I too always suggest tickets to something or spa gift certificates in other threads. But for you? Just go with the horse. Leave it hitched up in a big red bow in front of her workplace, like where she parks. She can ride it home. Imagine that, riding home on a Christmas Horse in the sunset. You're in for life.
