eerie_reverie Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Not that I have much of a story at the moment, but the ex I dated when I was 18, my first love that I never got over, is back in my life, in a platonic, long-distance capacity. I am going to see him for the first time in 4 years in February. For a long time, I didn't think I would ever talk to him again, much less reunite with him halfway through my twenties. I am excited, nervous, nostalgic, happy, sad. I don't expect a "second chance," but boy, it would be trippy if it happened!
AlisaMarie Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 You seem very happy so I am assuming he didn't leave you bitter. I hope whatever happens that you have a great time! Who knows what the future holds!

Star Gazer Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 My junior high/high school boyfriend's parents divorced when we were about 13/14, and his mom moved 800 miles away and married his step-dad. The step-dad eventually passed away. 15 years later, his parents remarried, and now are as strong as ever.
Green Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 so he messaged you on facebook or found your email on linkedin or something? "The Notebook" is pretty hard to top but ****SPOILERS**** that part at the end where they are old kinda depressed me even though that helped make the movie.
