Am I being blown off?

I was supposed to have a 4th date today with this guy I’ve been seeing, but this is his second time canceling and now I’m beginning to get suspicious. I talked about him in another previous thread:

Anyways, he seemed pretty keen on the first three dates, so I thought it would be appropriate to finally take some initiative myself and express interest in the fourth. I messaged him back, trying not to be too overt about it- I just suggested we do something if he ever feels like a break from everything he told me he was up to this week, let me know. He replied fairly quickly and seemed pretty open to it. He told me all the days he was free, even that he was free that night, and said that I could text him if I wanted a faster response, because he might not get a chance to check his messages before he got home from work. I suggested something for Thursday night, and he seemed pretty up for it.

 

Although Thursday morning he texted/messaged me saying that he was wondering if we could reschedule. He said he was feeling pretty crappy and didn't sleep well the night before, and so he was leaving work early. He wanted to reschedule our meet-up, and asked if I was free at all this weekend. I messaged him late on Friday night, and said I was working pretty late Saturday night but was off Sunday. I said that we should probably try and meet up before Wednesday though, because I was leaving town for a week then. He messaged me super early Saturday morning (like 5-6am) and asked how I felt about hanging out Sunday and maybe watching a movie…(he had his martial arts class the night before and ended up going out for drinks afterwards Friday night, that‘s why he was still up)

I said I’d be up for it, and he replied saying that we could work out the details tomorrow sometime, he just had his class again in the afternoon but that’s all he had planned.

Then again, this afternoon he messaged me saying that he couldn’t do tonight because he got called into work, that his boss called saying that he received an e-mail for 2 bugs that needed to go in on Weds (he works with computers) and he’d be at work for a while. Although that’s not uncommon for his type of work. I just replied saying, ‘Alright then, good luck talk to you some other time.‘ Am I being overly paranoid here and stuff, is he losing interest in seeing me or is he genuine here?
