Ok say you dated for months maybe years. Things didn't work out because one played by the rules of relationships and the other really didn't. Say other than that it was an amazing relationship (or at least was for some time). What I've noticed is after the breakup after some time has passed the one who screwed up is the one who always wants to comes back??

This is the 3rd time for me of them wanting to comes back............Anyone else experienced this trend other than me???

Lol I see someone has yet to look into the 'no contact' concept.

NO...I'm talking like after time and most certaily after a long period of NC.If you didn't go NC you would never see them again or hear from them anyway-so that's a given here

I think it's an unwritten rule. He (or in your case sounds like she) who screws up ends up groveling or sniffing around to try to get you back. They don't realize their mistakes at the time and took the person for granted. The person that was hurt licks their wounds and by the time the other person comes back, they don't want anything to do with them. Who wants someone that is too stupid to realize their mistakes to begin with?

This has happened to me most of the time. Sometimes it's a couple of weeks. Sometimes it's months or years. The good thing for me is that my conscience is clear. :)

I hope it happens to me. That way I can tell her how much better I am without her.

Who did the dumping? Seems that the one who was dumped is usually more likely to try and get back with the one who dumped than than the other way around.

I wish she would come back, sooner rather then later. But I am curious, can someone please tell me more about exes coming back?

This only happens when the one who did not screw up truly moves on. I think it bruises their ego.
