Women my age know exactly what to do with their parts to present themselves in a certain way and what responsibilities go along with that. They own that perspective. No ambiguity. I think OPer just wanted to rant about women because I have never heard any of my girlfriends complain about men regarding their boobs unless the guy was blatantly obvious or made some obscene comment. I might not be a dude but I know that it's really not that hard to maintain eye contact when you're speaking to someone. I have DD-E boobs on a very small frame which makes them look even bigger and none of my dates stare at my boobs when I'm talking to them. I catch them stealing glances, sometimes they even ask if they're real or fake or make some other comment. I don't care and I don't think most women would so I don't know what's there to mumble about.

I live near the beach and in the summer, women do walk around the main streets (near the beach) in a bikini top and shorts or something similar all the time in the hot weather. You can tell they've just been to the beach though. Come on, I'm not going to put on my skis and ski goggles if I'm not going skiing.
