ech Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 I have been dating my bf for almost 2 years. I only get to see him every other weekend due to our jobs. In the beginning the sex was great. We did alot of things we probably would not think about doing now that our relationship has grown stronger. Anyways....we used to have sex at least 3 times a weekend. Now its MAYBE once. And sometimes not even "intercourse". SO I had asked him about it. He said it is stress (he is a detective). And also sometimes cause he "gets off" during the week. He watching alot of porn. He also said its because our relationship has gone to the next "level" whatever THAT means! So my question is...is he just not that into me anymore? (he says he is) or does he have a porn problem? (he says no). What do you all think? Thanks so much!

Thanks so much! happens in a lot of relationships that people get into a routine and sex becomes boring or undesireable with that person etc. Both people need to make an effort to spice things up. If he won't make an effort then I can't see much of a future sorry. When you hear about couples of who have been married for 30 odd years who split and say "they drifted apart", it really means they got stuck in that routine and they no longer felt like sleeping with each other. Passion isn't a constant feeling, it needs to be constantly reenergised.

I think the obesity levels in this country would rise two-fold. Personally speaking I'd down like 2 of those a day. But then something interesting would happen...We'd get bored!!! Thats why they only come out with it at certain times of the year. Its basic supply and demand. Now I'm not saying withhold sex( thats just plain abusive), but create some sexual tension between you two. I'd go into more detail, but there might be children present. Just use your imagination! and about the porn...Its just a diversion to satisfy a biological need. To refer back to my Mcrib analogy. Porn is like drinking the bbq sauce. Its delicious for sure, but its just to remind us of the delicious meaty goodness.
