lovelearner Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 I have been in one senario where the guy would seem to be making some efforts to see me, either calling as promised to make plans to see me, or definitely make time to see me whenever he's in my country(given that he's based in another country) or even willing to fly me to another country for holiday with him. I do believe they all like me somewhat, however none of them gives any clear indication that they are interested in commited relationship or a future with me. For the senarios above, it doesn't even necessarily involve sex, sometimes not at all. So how can men invest time, money in a woman(they like) persistently yet keep emotionally unattached, or at least not attached enough to want anything serious with her? I don't think it makes sense.
Dante311 Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 Waiting for you to give them a clear, sure sign ... perhaps to these mine (similar to me)... emotional investment and a future are priceless relative to monetary happiness which may always be replaced. Emotional investment can be devastating if it fails...
strength-abounds Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 As a guy, I remain emotionally dettached from the women I date simply because it's easier to deal with heartbreak and torment. I love the company of women, but frankly cannot deal with the drama that follows them. Then again, it could be that I just attract the crazies.
