Armand1980 Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 My wife of 4 years has decided to divorce me about three weeks ago. She refuses to talk about it, and if i come anywhere close to the subject she shuts like a clam. She is still living with me, although in separate bedrooms. She still shares her day and what happened, but is basically emotionally separate. She also makes plans to be away from home. her reasons (whenever I get anything out of her) ranges from "I don't want children and you deserve them" (although I have made a decision that she is more important to me) to "You don't challenge me, and i need that" She is set she wants a divorce, but I'm not sure if she wants it for the right reasons. I still love her, and although I am trying to cut the love, I end up loving her more and more. I am still up for saving the marriage, so what can I do to either save it, or cope with losing the love of my life. Any views are welcome, because I am confused as to why. Her reasons doesn't make sense.

goingstrong Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 Women rarely leave marriages just out of the blue unless 1 or more of the following. 1. 3rd party involvement 2. Physical/emotional abuse 3. Substance abuse issues from either party. 4. Abandonment Ask yourself which flavor is yours?
