Lucky555 Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Ok so after posting here about my guy not changing the facebook status to in a relationship I decided to find out what he was thinking. Apparently he thinks that getting sex is the basis to build on for a emotional relationship. Wow women by nature feel emotion and I know want a man to sleep with me because of what he feels not because he needs to get some!!! Should I stay or should i go? I was on the verge of ending it tonight. I have slept with him under the agreement we are exclusive. Me thinking relationship because we are together. Well after tonight I told him I needed emotional and physical. His claim is he wanted to see if physical was good for him and he would then consider emotional. What!!! I know men I have been with we dated and then mutually agreed to enter a relationship and they cared. This guy wants sex and then decide whether to toss me or stay? I told him how i felt and now he says he is willing to see where it goes. I told him I what I want and if not I can get a guy who can. I'm just so confused!!! I'm not doing anything with this man till he steps it up and wants a relationship or I will walk seriously what the heck! Saying goes why buy the milk when u can get it for free.
Cracker Jack Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 He...wanted to see if the physical part was good before investing in the emotional part? Meaning if the sex sucked, you'd be...urm, not important enough for him to put his emotions into? If that's not enough of a reason for you to end it, I don't know what is.
LondonS Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Guy is a Moron, he,ll dissapoint you so dont go there.
zengirl Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Well, I understand that sex is important, but the way he puts it out there makes it sound like a transaction. That would put me off, and I know that I, personally, wouldn't be able to trust a man who couldn't build any emotional feelings prior to sex. I do think that sex deepens emotions for both men and women, in different ways, and certainly I've always felt it brought me closer to people, but not in the sort of conditional way he's posing.
