theizz Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 So I hooked up with this girl that I've been friends with for the last 8 years. It was a little weird and I decided I'm not really into her, but I don't want to stop talking to her or anything. This happened a few weeks ago, and neither of us has called the other. Am I better off telling her I still want to be friends, or just calling her to hang out one day and act like nothing happened?
LuckyClover Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Call her to hang out like nothing happen. Don't even bring it up. It happen.. so what... she's probably wondering the same thing of what to do... or... she would have already called you for more.

Obviously, the complete silence from her could mean she's feeling exceptionally awkward. This is the exact reason why friends do not sleep with friends. By being intimate, you risk straining the friendship. Let's hope she put it in the category of something she can forget.
zengirl Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Personally, I'd address it. It will likely take some time to rebuild the friendship, if it's even possible.
