A very attractive girl who seems to be one of those most men assume like the whole 'hey sexy' thing, but in reality they want a nice guy????

 

I mean, even the slightest HINT that it's her appearance you're noticing.. Like "Hey it's been a long time, you haven't changed!"

 

I know this is totally nitpicking, but I wish I just said "Hey it's been a long time..."

You're reading way too much into it. However, if you don't let her know you find her attractive in some way you'll get friend zoned very quickly.

Everyone (whether pretty or ugly) likes a compliment, if its sincere IMO. And "you haven't changed" isn't exactly degrading or superficial sounding.
