Fern Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 - being able to sleep on whatever side of the bed you want. Or in the middle. Or diagonally. - never asking 'permission' to do anything or go anywhere. - spending all day Sunday eating chocolates in bed and watching trashy shows. - not having to smell his stinking feet. - putting the heat on whenever you like for as long as you want. - spending your money on whatever YOU want to spend it on. - wearing anything you feel like wearing. - flirting with anyone you like without feeling guilty. - nobody giving you grief about doing the dishes after a hard say at work or bitching about cleaning the bathroom on a Sunday when you're hungover. Anybody else got any good ones?
hART Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 -spending time doing what you want to do. -not being controlled, manipulated or abused (if in a bad relationship). -not worrying about trust, communication or relationship other issues, except with your friends. -not have to sit down and have a "talk" -

So are implying that you would prefer to be alone in bed, not bother taking care of yourself or your home, eat, drink, whatever you want and not worry your health or about becoming physically unattractive. You then think that your going to get your groove on in this state and flirt with others of the opposite sex. Confused. Or was it only appealing when you were in a relationship? Because you most certainly are not appealing to me not to mention sounding completely irresponsible. Edited November 21, 2010 by ocatherine
Gt.ooh Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 I think she's just implying "freedom", not necessarily stating you should let yourself go so to speak.. Obviously u can't live life by those motto's; however, when your not in a relationship your allowed those days...when you feel like it.

How much vaseline did you smear on the camera lens to get that picture?
MsArtful Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 - NOT having to shave your legs... Yeah, that's a good one! :-)
Brandi 2 Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 These are very encouraging lists! I just went through a break up and, well, lost my depression and discouragement! Thank you.
durkadurka Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 - Not having to change my work schedule around picking her up and dropping her off at work. - Being able to play video games - Not being bitched at to come to bed at the same time as her - Not having to worry about supporting her parents - Not having to prop up someone who wasn't willing to help themselves - To be able to fart and not have to worry about someone telling me that it is gross (even though, I will confess, it is)
