shayan Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I dated this girl for four months. I told her from the start I didn't want anything serious ever. But then she fell in love with me. And it ended and she moved thousands of miles away. I promised her we would stay friends but today I told her I wanted distance from our friendship. I feel that I could've just never told her this about our friendship and things would have been easier. She is sad now and I feel like I hurted her unnesscarily. and it's possible that she may be coming to the same medical school I am at in a year. Guys someone give me some counsel here.
Fouts Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I'm pretty sure unless you're Brad Pitt, she'll find life after you. Relax.
andyohyeah Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 4 months is nothing man... you'll be fine...
Palm Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I'm pretty sure unless you're Brad Pitt, she'll find life after you. Relax. This. And even Jennifer Aniston found a life after HIM. Break ups suck, if you're doing the breaking you will always feel bad, if you're being broke up with you will always feel unnecessarily hurt.
havehope Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I think you were putting your feelings first, because no one is going to look out for them except for you. I think you were trying to do what you thought was best. Its in the past though, so worrying about it isn't going to change the fact it happened Learn from this situation and apply it to future ones if they arise I wouldn't worry about it now
