sweetbilly Posted March 9, 2004 Posted March 9, 2004 i'm a little confused; but that shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. there's this woman in my speech class, she's very attractive, eventhough she's a little older than me. Anyway, the other day we were discussing the Janet Jackson fiasco, and she winked at me, right out of the blue. I don't know if this was because she was interested in me, or for some other reason. And to tell you the truth, I wouldn't know if she was interested in me if she mailed me a letter and told me so. Then a few days later we were discussing something else, I can't remember what, and she did it again. This time it was very clear it's as if she wanted me to see. I don't know if she was just being friendly, or if she was being "friendly" she says she has a boyfriend, and i don't want problems. However, if she's interested in me I'd ke to know, even if nothing happens. I don't want to ask her, mainly because I don't want to be too presumptuous or appear desperate. I always have problems getting the point. I would appreciate a woman's' perspective on this. Should i ask? Should I forget it, was she just being friendly? Should I ask her out for a cup of coffee?
