I'm a lazy butt that needs to get in gear. I used to be on an awesome programme - Afterburn (Cosgrove) but life took over and I tried to sign up for Muay Thai but I haven't gone and, I think I just need to do it on my own.

 

Now, I remember my trainer used to have one of those counters preset to 40/20 or 30/30 count and it would say "Begin...." "Halfway there" "Stop"

 

I know it sounds inane but it helped me alot so I could just focus and not look at a damn counter. I know of the gymboss interval counter but those just beep.

 

If you haven't fallen off the floor laughing and know of such a counter or app that I can download for my iPhone, please let me know! I'm going back into training on my own this weekend.
