Those of you who are dealing with heartbreak at this moment listen to me. You will not move on in your sadness if it makes you feel even sadder. If you are mourning a loss right now and the activities and techniques you are using to heal make you feel even worse. Then you are clearly moving in the wrong direction. Find acitvities techiques and people who help alleviate the pain. If it feels better then you're in the right direction. Good luck my friends you will come through how long it takes is wholly up to you.

I think what you are really saying is, If comming to this site time after time is making us sadder then dont do it right? I thought about that too, Is that what you meant?
