Difference between the two

I've met a few guys who said there is a difference between hot and sexy. When I asked to elaborate, they just looked at each other and said you can't explain it, you just know.

 

the only guess I have is that sexy is classier?

 

just curious to what the difference is, if people think there is a difference

Sexy is very physical. What arouses you. Hot can be perceived in your thoughts.

Sexy is an individual preference that may or may not have fetish impacts. Hot is usually general. For instance I dont find Angelina Jolie attractive.

Thanks guys - I don't think angelina is all that either. Is it better to be one or the other?
