Questionable1 Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 I'm aware that if it's someone you met online or who you don't know very well, it's a good idea to meet up at a public place. But when is it "okay" for a guy to pick you up at your house? I'm not necessarily talking about safety concerns, but general manners. I'm going on a second date with a guy that I really like this Friday and he offered to pick me up at my place so we can go together in his car to the restaurant. I accepted his offer, but I feel weird. I don't know why, but I guess it's because all of my exes waited like, 5 dates before they decided to pick me up at my place. Perhaps they were lazy and didn't want to make the extra trip Is this normal?
JaneDoe35 Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 I think it is very good manners for him to offer to pick you up at your place. As far as safety goes, do you know some of his friends yet or where he works? I know you were not really asking about safety.
