Most guys you can tell, this one I dunno. He'll respond to emails right away but doesn't anyone elses, if I text him he stops what he is doing and responds, but then he'll never make any moves at all. Doesn't come to any work group activities at all if I'm there, but I'm not he'll go. I don't understand this.
