carealothugs Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 I have been seeing this guy for nearly two months everythings good he calls me texts me and bought me a normal ring and were going for a weekend away for our 2 months anniversary. Anyway i've been worried ever since he text me saying hes wanting to take things slow and for us not to rush I asked him if were still going away he says we are I don't know if it's a good or bad thing when a guy wants to take it slow he's been hurt alot by females who use him cause hes a soft touch I don't text him or call him everyday like I have done in the past with men and put them off so i'm taken it easy with this one is it because i'm not doing enough calling/texting he replied to every single text and when I ask him to call he does it so everything is good i'm just worried with the "taken things slow not rush anything part".
Don Ho Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 I don't think it necessarily means either at this point. But, if you're interested in this guy, take it as a hint, back off and let him do the chasing.
daphne Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Depends on the guy but if he says he's been used and hurt in the past, respect his boundaries and just go slow. Something really good could come from it. But if he's skittish, forcing him to go fast could chase him off.
