Justamaid Posted November 8, 2010 Posted November 8, 2010 I want to leave my husband because he drinks and lately he has hit our son while drinking. I have contacted attorneys and they say to leave (out of state) I need a intention to relocate letter. I can't stay around and wait does any one have any idea on how I can get around this? I read that as long I am not gone for 60 consecutive days I need nothing. Again does anyone know anything about this????
