Crush on a supervisor at work but not mine.

I worked for Habit for Humanity recenty and one of the supervisors that works where I work was in charge. We work in same department but he isn't my supervisor and is older and smoking hot. Well I worked the next day and then off for my normal two days off. So the next timeI worked and had been there a few hours and he came around to my desk and started pretending to be hammering a piece of wood. By the way I did great working helping frame outside walls together and Damon (name changed to protect the guilty or innocent) did okay. So I was proud of my accomplishment and it always feels good to volunteer and do something good for community. So I said Damon your not funny after giving him a smirky evil eye look that was also sort of flirty. He laughted and went back to his team. The next day passed him by entry way to caferteria at work and he teased me again. So now every once in a while I see him and he looks at me sort of strange I guess and sort of smiles. Is this flirting?
