Vodka Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 So I have been dating this guy (both by long distance and in person- we also text non-stop and talk on the phone) for about 4 months now. Everything is generally good, and I am really trying to take it one day at a time. It is hard sometimes since he lives about 5 hours away. Anyways, the other day I looked him up on facebook. No big deal, he has his wall up and I read through some things. Then last night I mentioned to him about me adding him to facebook, and I made a joke about writing something inappropriate on his wall. Obviously I wouldnt, it was just a joke. So he replies and kind of brushes off me adding him as a friend. Ok, I was annoyed a bit but whatever. Then this morning I actually went to add him as a friend and he has taken down his wall. Does anyone find this odd and annoying? There was nothing at all bad on his wall, him not talking to other girls or anything...but still I am annoyed. Obviously he changed it to totally private so I couldnt see anything. Is this worth mentioning to him at all? Or should I choose my battles? I already have this problem where I think about something that is bothering me too much and come to my own conclusions without talking to the person that is involved, and I am trying not to do that so much. I normally dont freak out much, but this is something that kind of bothers me. Would you be bothered by this? Thanks.
Insanitylater Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 So I have been dating this guy (both by long distance and in person- What is the difference between long distance dating and in person dating? What goes on during long distance dating? Obviously he wants to hide stuff from you. The reason as to why is unknown. I think 4 mos is plenty long enough to add each other on FB. That is odd behavior, unless he has a few other girls just like you. Or maybe has intentions of finding others.
Author Vodka Posted November 6, 2010 Author Posted November 6, 2010 So should I bring it up, forget about it, or add him as a friend and see if he accepts? I don't want to make a mountain out of a molehill, you know?
Insanitylater Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 Yes bring it up, since you seem like you will do whatever we say.
