BMXer216 Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 I have a legal question that I need help on, about a year ago me and my girlfriend got into some legal trouble and we are codefendents for each other and were on probation and not allowed to see each other (like thats gonna stop you from seeing the one you love) but we have been talking about getting married and I am curious if we legally can and if we could even get a marriage license? Can someone please help me with this.

You will need to hire a lawyer or paralegal who are allowed by law to advise based on where you reside. We can though give ya advise on marriage or entering into such a life changing circumstance
