daphne Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 Why is it that it seems the one you do want to call you back doesn't, yet all of the others that you've forgotten, didn't want, moved past or broken up with do? In hte last 2 weeks I've had a former stalker, ex husband, 1 guy that screwed up earlier this year, 3 guys I met online that I'm uninterested in, and an ex come back and try to see what I'm up to. Some of them repeatedly. My ex came back last year and asked me to marry him. He was a serial cheater so obviously, I'm not all that thrilled. What gives? The less you care, the more they do. And vice versa. I have decided to give up trying to understand the one idiot that doesn't know what he had when he had it, and from whom I have heard nothing but silence. I deleted his messages from my phone and I'm ready to move on now. I will say the sudden influx of former suitors is flattering tho. Except the stalker. He was a creepy dude.
Woggle Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 Your suitors are probably wondering the same thing.
Author daphne Posted November 4, 2010 Author Posted November 4, 2010 We feel sorry for you, really.... lol. Well if you knew the stories behind most of them, you probably really would.
runner Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 yep, i hear you. so rare when two are equally interested.

Author daphne Posted November 4, 2010 Author Posted November 4, 2010 yep, i hear you. so rare when two are equally interested. Sigh. I've always been pretty good at getting a guy interested. So long as I wasn't crazy about him. Thank goodness I've learned not to let myself think in those terms anymore until he's proven himself worthy of it. But the magic doesn't work if you do really like him, for some odd reason.
