So as some of you may recall I was the exact same weight from the beginning of August, until the end of September and into October. And this was very frustrating to me. Well in the second week of October I made the decision that I HAD to break the cycle of cheating on my diet (which was what was causing me to stop losing, I'm fairly sure of it). It's not like I was eating just whatever I wanted, but there were more cheat meals than normal.

So for 2-3 weeks I did very well, followed my diet to the letter and lost 8 pounds, woot. Of course when November first came around it's my annual candy time ( I buy a few bags of cheap halloween candy and enjoy it sans guilt) I only eat candy twice a year, after halloween and after easter, and I skipped last easter. I ate candy for two days and whatever was left I threw out.

So now I've probably regained a bit of the wait (and certainly am a little bloated haha) but the point remains I did break the cycle and now I have the rest of the month to lose as much weight as I can and see my relatives who I haven't seen since 80-90 pounds ago.
