drafter Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 I have been talking to a wonderful woman we have yet to meet and we have agreed to not call it a relationship until we meet then go from there. Here's the thing we talk online and laugh and have a good time but then all sudden she just cut the web cam off and sent me a few text this today, she does go to school and have a kid and i understand that but the part im not getting is. All of the sudden it went from happy fun good time to not talking and tellling me that she just want to be friends which is fine i have no problem with that. but she has not responded to anything i have sent for about 8 hours. This is not the first time she has done this and i worry and try to figure out what i have done wrong but the more i think the more i go crazy and feel like im just being kept in the dark. Its to the point of think is this really worth doing if we cant talk. Am i worrying to much or what?

How can you trust her when she inexplicably disappears and doesn't even give you the respect of excusing herself? Even if she is totally innocent, that's very rude and not the kind of behaviour you expect to see at the beginning stage of a relationship. Seriously though, if you think of this scenario objectively, wouldn't you think that a woman who pulls a sudden character change like that, closes her webcam and disappears without saying a thing was a bit shady? Compounded by the fact that she then afterward tries to downplay whatever romantic connection may have existed between you two? Unless she was just going to bed or something and didn't realize it would be weird/rude to just turn it off and disappear. I just don't follow why she would then decide to just be friends. Either way, you have to respect her decision, so if it bothers you you might just ask her. Good luck!
