Questioning if I made the right decision

We dated for four months. Things were getting a bit rough and she was overwhelmed. So I said we should go our separate ways. I texted her three months later and she replied right back. Said she's fine but over me. Said I lied to her about where I worked. I did not actually lie to her, I just told her a different position that I worked at. My father was also in prison for a white collar crime, which I told her, but she said there was more I kept from her. There wasn't It was back in the 1980's when this happened. I do not see how that was relevant. So I then tried to call, but she would not answer the phone, but would continue to text with me. This went on for an hour. While things were not perfect, I do miss her. And I do not think she's 100% over me either, as if she was she would not responded to my text nor texted for me for an hour. I am just so surprised that she would not talk to me, but would text me. I've tried to stop thinking about her, but it is nearly impossible. I do regret the break at times, but it was really hard. She was going through a medical relapse, divorce, bankruptcy, and on all of our dates she started to bring her teenage daughter and a friend of hers along. It was too much, but then again, the first two months were great and it seems her life is back together. Maybe it was bad timing when we dated. She's now hanging out with our friends (well, they are no longer my friends) each Saturday. Everyone says I am better off without her, but I still question if I made the right decision.

Canceling out my original post. I just found out that as soon as we broke up, about a week or two later she started to be with another man. The other man is also cheating on her, so its all good. Apparently, she wants to be used as a cum rag instead of having a meaningful relationship. No problem. She can have a line of men gang bang her for all I care. Wow. How did I find this one.
