I love feminine women, but I think it is extremely cute and natural looking for a girl to look great with just foundation. Then there are times such as clubbing or a night out that I think she would look great dolled up a bit.

There's nothing wrong with a little enhancement of what you've got. I think I look fine without makeup, but I love the way mascara,liner, blush and a rosy gloss make my whole face bright and welcoming.

"Gingers" are soooooooooooooooo in a league of their own, appearance wise... (and I'd like to go to some of the games) YET I can imagine that life as a ginger, with so much natural uniqueness, can seem a lot like living life with frizzy hair, and seeing the media address everybody ELSE, and never you (until Sesame Street steps up more than 40 years after it was created). I can think of one "ginger" who is sometimes pictured completely make-up free and who is at other times made-up so heavily that the 'ginger' in her just disappears. I so completely prefer the make-up free variety of her. I'm sure it is going to continue to be difficult to inspire yourself to stay in your own position in the social field just waiting for the time when the ball is clearly hit to you. (don't try to be somebody else, and flaunt your natural ginger look when it suits you!!) Yummy...

Plus, you're a redhead, which is a big plus. To be honest, both those traits seem to be the thing I find a lot of guys like in a girl they want to be their girlfriend, maybe not the girl for a one-night stand, but as an actual partner. That goes for being redhead too. Most guys I know agree that redheads are awesome, it just doesn't seem to be well known.

A little eyeliner, mascara, and blush would enhance the OPs features without being too much. I think for most people, enhancing your features with a little makeup is a good thing
