What can I do to make her forget about him and be mine?

John018 Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 I think the previous poster is half right - there is nothing you can SAY to change her feelings. But I find that your chances with a woman will substantially increase if you stop acting as her friend and start acting like a man. Reduce your contact with her substantially from where it is right now i.e. a shoulder to cry on, to being a flirty acquaintance. When you speak to her be fun and flirty but don't overdo it. Also start to see other people and make sure she knows it. If she likes you she'll eventually come round. Bear in mind though that there are no guarantees and the way it sounds right now you're probably gonna get hurt.
Author JumboGreen Posted November 3, 2010 Author Posted November 3, 2010 I know the whole reducing contact thing works in some cases but here, I sort of promised her I'd always be there for her no matter what and I'm afraid that by doing so may break her trust in my words. She's been through alot and carries a whole lot of baggage with her.
