Whoohoo! I've just begun working out the past week and a half or so, and I was looking at myself in the mirror today and noticed that I now have biceps that are starting to take shape! *clicks heels of shoe's together*. Working out pays off! :)

I did 2 sets of 12 for each:

- bicep curls

- hammer action curl (http://www.netfit.co.uk/bic3.htm)

- ...and I don't know what this last one is called, but it also helps with back aligment...you take a dumbell and lift your right arm to 90° angle, hold for 2 seconds, and then lower your arm. I did 12 of these and then switched to my left arm.
