Felicity Posted March 5, 2004 Posted March 5, 2004 I have a question... i'm 5'2 and i weight 122 (and that is todays weight) I am fat!!!! well not really huge fat but I would like to lose some weight what can i do?? my problem areas ARMS and HIPS what exercise do i have to do to slim my arms???? what is my healthy range??? a 5'2 girl (24) really pretty People say that i'm not fat, that I have a nice body but i have to work out more... I think i'm kinda traumatized about WEIGHT and wanted to be super SKINNY... i have curves and the only thing that i want to change is my arms i want to have them small? what can i do?????? pleaseeeeeeeee??? carla Posted March 5, 2004 Posted March 5, 2004 I don't know if you really need to make your arms skinny or if you need to tone them. Your weight for your height isn't that bad. I know I know to you, your fat. I used to think like that until I gained 20 lbs and now I wish I was as fat as I used to be b/c I was thinner. Anyway muscle weights more then fat. Some women can tell you what they weigh and you would be shocked b/c they look skinny but they are all muscle. My suggestion is to do a full body workout. I have just started curves for women. It is an all over body workout. It's great b/c it only takes 30-45 min. If you can get motivated to get their, watching everyone else gets you motivated to work out. Once you get used to the routine the fitness instructor will show you certain excercises for your most problemed areas. It's alot of fun and you get to meet new people.
