Any online theraphist/psychiatrist?

I wonder if anyone knows about any online theraphist/psychiatrist?

I would like to be able to sit at home and discuss our problems through webcam and chat. Instead of making an appointment, could be cheaper too...what are your thoughts?

Many therapists/psychologists/psychiatrists operate with a 'sliding fee scale', meaning what you pay depends on what you make. So I wouldn't say that online therapy would be any cheaper, you may end up paying a bit more for the convince of doing it at home.

I would go to one in person myself, there is so much more a person can get communicating to someone face to face instead of from behind a screen.

I dont see how effective this may be or if it's even available. Hence the fact that the cyber world has created a whole new set of social issues...
