He represented himself as being tall, intelligent, clean cut, and having a managerial job in the area. His picture online showed a guy with a bald head who was otherwise quite handsome with a humorous, toothy grin. The man I met was about three inches taller than I am (I am five-two), while wearing heavy boots. He also has almost no teeth. I can handle the fact that it seems like he used either a very old pic, or a pic of someone else, and that he's not as tall as he claimed, but the no teeth, or teeth all broken and black and awful thing REALLY turns me off. So, I don't think I am going to see him again. UGH, I'm beginning to think I will never meet anyone worth while

Most of the women I've met online have told me that I look much better in person than my pictures, so just keep hope since we all aren't all like that.

Are you serious about that... you CAN actually handle that... sounds a tad bit desperate...

Are you serious about that... you CAN actually handle that... sounds a tad bit desperate... Well, maybe not, but the gross teeth trump the rest to the point that its a moot question at this time. And I agree, online is lame . . . Not sure what else there is at this point. I'm 29. I work a lot, I live in a tiny town full of uneducated, toothless hicks who seem to think that the height of accomplishment is working in the same factory as their parents. The ratio of single males to single females at work (school) is like 1 to five, and I am not really interested in playing the "pick me, pick me" game I see developing. Sigh, might just decide not to date at all for a few months.

It's ridiculous. One of the reasons why I will never touch online dating. Sorry you wasted your time, brainy.

I work with special needs kids in the high school and I have kids who NEED small classes sitting in rooms with 30 other kids and the teaches wonder why we have behavior issues . . . . . Get into math or special ed or learn how to coach foot ball and you can probably work in a school too.
