Kain Highwind Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Ok, I had a class with this girl in the Spring. We never talked but I added her on Facebook (we sat like three or four seats apart). I asked her if she wanted to hang out once after class but she said no (Really should have talked ot her some first) Anyway, I've just really started thinking of her for some reason and I wanna try again but... I don't know if she remembers and I just don't really know how to approach this over FB. If I had a class with her or something, I could do it, but I just don't know how to start talking to someone that you don't really know (or vice versa) over facebook. I could probably manage if I just added her but we've been FB friends for months and I don't really know how to talk to her out of the blue We only have one mutual friend (who hasn't seen her in years) :/

Are you still going to the same school/college? If so see if you can run into her "by accident" and then try to strike up a conversation. Good luck.

We did go to the same school but I don't know if she still goes there. Halfway through the semester and I haven't seen her once
irc333 Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 I tend to talk to a woman first before contacting them on FB, for instance, if I'm out at a BBQ party with people, and I meet her there, we talk for a while...then I go home and look through my friends facebook list of friends, and contact her there, get something going like...."Hey, it was nice meeting you at the party, etc etc" See if they respond, if any.

My problem is that its just been so long since either of us have seen each other. I get what you're saying but I really can' tfigure out how to go about this. But remember it is still a long shot.

Confusedalways Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Ah! A guy did this to me in college He messaged me briefly with how he thought I was cute and asked me for my number- I gave it, we talked, went out and dated briefly. It was adorable of him, I thought.
